Note:

  • Mutiara Single supplement cost - JPY 10,000/- per person per night for 3 stars, JPY 15,000/- per person per night for 4 stars, and JPY 25,000/- per person per night for 5-star

  • Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge on SIC Tours, but will not be provided with bus seats. But will be charged for other services.                                         
  • On certain days when the tours start early, clients may have to have breakfast on their own. Some hotels do not offer packed breakfasts. No refunds will be provided in such cases.            
  • SIC Airport transfers are available from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm. If flights are departing or arriving beyond these timings, clients will have to opt for private transfers or make their own arrangements to reach the airport.                                  
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled and a refund will be provided for the same.                                
  • Quotation is calculated based on 1 suitcase per person.

Payment Policy:

Phase-1: 70% of the total package amount at the time of booking.

Phase-2: 30% of the total package amount before seven days of travel date.

 

Cancellation Policy

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges are dependent on the airline's policy.
