Spain Visa From Bangladesh

Spain Tourist & Business Visa Checklist

(Applicable for Bangladeshi Applicants)


Common Required Documents (For All Applicants)

  1. Current passport- valid for at least 6 month with 2 blank pages along with all previous passports

  2. Two recent photos with white background, lab print, must printed on matt paper (Size 35x45mm)
  3. NID for adults (both side) and Birth Registration Certificate for children and infants
  4. Copies of previous Schengen, US, Canada or UK visa, (if applicable)
  5. Medical insurance: (Minimum coverage 30,000 Euro and repatriation)
  6. Cover letter from the applicant, which must be translated in Spanish language or written directly in Spanish language.
  7. Hotel confirmation from Spain. If the purpose of travel is to visit friends or relatives, and if the host is a Spanish or European citizen, an original letter of invitation made before the Spanish Police and an attested copy of the passport or the National Identity Card is required. If the host is not a European Citizen, then photocopy of the residence permit must be attached along with the letter of invitation made before the Spanish Police.
  8. Travel itinerary mentioning details day by day activates in Spain.
  9. Original Bank Statement (Personal & company) for the last 3 months which should be updated. The statements should be signed by the bank / branch manager and should be bear seal / stamp of the bank / branch manager. Bank statement may not be older than 3 days.
  10. All the documents that the Applicant may consider appropriate in order to show his / her personal economic situation and attested copies of any other documents that the applicant may decide to provide and all the documents should be translated in Spanish language(e.g. FDR, Sanchoy Patro from Govt. financial institution, Ownership document of Land/Home etc.).
  11. Copy of E-TIN Certificate
  12. Income Tax Returns (translated into Spanish) for the last one year
  13. All public documents (e.g. Nikah Nama, Marriage certificate, and Birth certificate and Trade license) issued by concern office in English and must be legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and afterwards translated in Spanish language.
  14. For minors (under 18 years), the application form must be signed by both the parents. Photocopies of passports / ID cards of both the parents must be attached to the application.
  15. Original invitation letter from the Spanish receiving company or companies receiving him explaining the nature of the existing relation and the motive of the visit. The document must be issued in Spanish language if the inviting company is Spanish company. It is not necessary that the company gets in touch directly with the Consulate.
  16. Notarized and translated copies are required for all Bangla documents.

Additional Documents for Tourist Visa

  • Personal travel plan (sightseeing, visiting relatives or friends)

  • Confirmation copies for hotel booking/reservation (if not invited)
  • If invited by someone:
    • An invitation letter
    • Inviter’s passport copy and visa status.
    • Proof of relationship with the inviter (if applicable)
    • Proof of Accommodation in Spain (home address, email, contact number)

Additional Documents for Business Visa

  1. Official Invitation Letter from the company or organization (must include inviter’s contact number, purpose of visit, dates, expense responsibility)

  2. Business Relationship Evidence:
    • Previous communications (invoices, email conversations, contracts)
    • Proof of minutes of the meeting
  3. Applicant’s Company Profile / Brochure / Website link (if available)
  4. Company Documents:
    • Updated trade license with Notary & Translation
    • Certificate of incorporation and updated Memorandum of Articles (shareholder pages)
    • Company BIN Certificate, TIN Certificate and VAT certificate, (if available)
    • Last 6 months Business Bank Statement with solvency certificate
    • Tax returns of the company for last 3 years
    • Two/three company letterheads (blank)
  5. Meeting Schedule or Event Registration
  6. Hotel Booking and a return flight itinerary

Profession Based Additional Documents

For Business Owners:

  • Updated trade license with Notary & Translation

  • Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization in Bangladesh and or Memorandum and articles of association and or Trade license Spanish translate copy (if applicable).
  • Latest Business Bank Statements with  solvency certificates
  • Visiting card and company profile

For Employees:

  • No objection certificate (NOC)

  • A Copy of Office ID card (both side)
  • Salary slips for the last 6 months and leave letter from the Applicants Employer (translated into Spanish).
  • Salary account statement for the last 6 months
  • Visiting card
  • Government Order (for the official passport holder)

For Students:

  • A copy of Student ID card

  • NOC / leave letter from the institution

For Retired Applicants:

  • Copy of the retirement certificate

  • LPR documents (if applicable)
  • Pension book

For Doctors:

  • BMDC Certificate

For Advocates:

  • Bar Council Certificate


Processing Time:

15–30 working days (for the application preparation, submission, and decision)


Visa Fees & Service Charges:

  • Service Charge: BDT. 10,000 per applicant (if needed - Notary, translation and Asset Valuation charges are additional)

  • Embassy Fee: VFS Fee:
  •   For Adults: 90 Euros, 12,300 BDT
  •   For Child: 45 Euros (6-12 years), 6,200 BDT
  •   Child Under 6: No visa fee (will be charged in BDT as per the embassy conversion rate)
  • VLS Appointment Fee 2098 BDT Per Pax

* Ques: How many countries should I visit before applying for this country ?

Ans: Although there is no restrictions regarding country visits but we recommend you to at least visit 2-3 countries before applying.

 

* Ques: How much balance should I have in my bank account?

Ans: There is no minimum or maximum limit for bank balance. However, there should be a consistency of you transactions. Your bank account must reflect that you have the ability to bear your travel cost and you have enough financial ties to return back to your country.

 

* Ques: My education qualification is low, can I apply for visa?

Ans: In case of tourist visas, there is not education qualification requirement. Anyone with any educational qualification may apply.

 

* Ques: My visa application has recently been refused. When will I be able to apply again?

Ans: There is no restriction or time limit on reapplication if anyone’s visa has been refused. However, we would recommend you to apply again at least after a certain period of time.

 

* Ques: Can you arrange invitation for me? Will it be beneficial for me if I get an invitation?

Ans: Not mandatory and we cannot arrange invitation for you. Invitation is only beneficial for an applicant, if it has been sent from his or her family members or close friend. In any other cases, having a hotel booking is enough to prove your accommodation arrangement during your stay in that respective country.

 

* Ques: If I apply along with my family, will the chances of my visa acceptance increase?

Ans: Although visa acceptance or refusal totally depends on applicant’s profile, applying with family may increase your chances in certain countries. For example: in case of Schengen or UK visa, applying along with family increases your visa acceptance chances. On the other hand, applying with family for Australia or Canada may decrease your chance of getting the visa.

 

* Ques: Do you provide any guaranty for visa?

Ans: No. We do not provide any guaranty for visa. Acceptance or refusal of any visa application will depend on applicant’s profile. However, we will prepare your file in a professional manner so that the embassy can get a clear reflection of your profile.

 

* Ques: Are Embassy visa fee and service charge refundable?

Ans: No. Both are non- refundable.
